We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative WordPress Theme Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including the implementation of WordPress themes and plugins as well as site integration and security updates.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing custom WordPress themes.
2. Collaborating with the design team to ensure the graphical quality and UI/UX of the website.
3. Conducting website performance tests and optimizing for speed and scalability.
4. Troubleshooting and resolving website problems.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
2. Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications.
3. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
4. Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages.
5. Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
6. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
7. Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
8. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3-5 years of work experience as a WordPress Developer.
3. Demonstrable experience with creating WordPress themes.
4. Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
